De financiële crisis is ruimschoots voorbij. Wanneer de economische omgeving het toelaat, normaliseert de Europese Centrale Bank (ECB) haar monetaire beleid. Daarbij zal ze moeten kiezen: moet ze de grotere balans aanhouden, of terug naar de kleine intermediërende rol van voor de crisis?
