Description A multimodal 3D reconstruction of the whole human brain at a 200 micrometer scale created by fusing ultra-high field MRI and light microscopy.This repository includes the original microscopy stains at the 1200dpi resolution. For convenience, large stacks are subdivided into frontal, medial, and occipital groupings. 2D mappings between stains and the blockface image are also included.
