Abstract Sulfonamido‐phosphoramidites are known to form six‐membered ring Rh‐P‐N‐Rh‐P‐N‐ dinuclear complexes. Apart from a single X‐ray structure, little is known about their three dimensional structure in solution. This study proposes a 31P, 15N and 103Rh NMR investigation of the question, as a well as a DFT study. The AA′MM′XX′ 6 spin system of the corresponding 15N‐enriched dinuclear complex is notably described.
