Abstract Meer ‘zelfredzaamheid’ is een centraal uitgangspunt in de herziening van de verzorgingsstaat. Ogenschijnlijk gaan sociaal werkers daarin mee, maar er is veel stil verzet. Dat constateren Marc Hoijtink, Evelien Tonkens en Jan Willem Duyvendak naar aanleiding van meerjarig onderzoek naar sociale wijkteams.
