Shenzhen's snelle ontwikkeling pal aan de grens met Hongkong was een strategische keuze van China's communistische regime. Wat is Shenzhen's status en rol in China en de wereld, en wie bepaalt hoe Shenzhen zich verder ontwikkelt?
