| Abstract |
Even though water is the most important substance for human and other life, Aegean scholars appeared to have had relatively attention for it in comparison to other liquids such as wine and oil. We need not to have worried. Considering the great number of participants, the quality of the papers and the enthusiastic discussions during the conference, it is clear that the importance of water in the Aegean Bronze Age is increasingly acknowledged, as it is in our modern world.
