| Abstract | This thesis focuses on the development of MRI as an outcome measure in JIA. The feasibility, reliability, responsiveness, predictive value and discriminative value of MRI in the evaluation of disease status in JIA were evaluated. Furthermore we evaluated the value of the pixel-by-pixel DCE-MRI TIC-shape analysis method in discriminating clinically active and inactive JIA patients. |
