De Gebruikelijkloonregeling stelt dat aanmerkelijkbelanghouders waaronder directeur-grootaandeelhouders (DGA) door de Belastingdienst worden aangeslagen voor een inkomen van minstens € 44.000 (2014/2015) ten behoeve van Inkomstenbelasting.
SEO heeft in opdracht van StartupDelta onderzoek gedaan naar de effecten van het wijzigen van deze regeling. Er is sprake van een interactie tussen de inkomsten die de overheid ontvangt uit Inkomstenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting. De inkomsten uit Inkomstenbelasting dalen en de inkomsten uit vennootschapsbelasting stijgen. Het netto effect op de belastinginkomsten voor de overheid is negatief. - Link
