| Abstract | Stond de credibiliteitstheorie in de jaren ‘80 en ‘90 volop in de belangstelling, sindsdien is het vrij stil. Hoewel credibiliteit nog steeds onderdeel is van het actuariële curriculum (zie Hoofdstuk 8 van het boek Modern Actuarial Risk Theory door Kaas et al.) (2008), is de empirische toepassing ervan beperkt. Onterecht vinden wij, zeker gezien de ontwikkelingen in het laatste decennium op het gebied van theorie en software. In dit artikel praten wij u bij over de recente stand van zaken en laten wij zien dat credibiliteitsmodellen nog steeds uw aandacht verdienen. |
