| Abstract | De Hoge Raad heeft recentelijk beslist dat onder het begrip ‘ziekte’ in artikel 4:953 lid 1 (oud) BW, thans artikel 4:59 lid 1 BW, enkel een medisch geclassificeerde somatische of psychische ziekte of aandoening is verstaan (HR 10 december 2010, LJN BN8534). |
