SamenvattingThe mixed proportional hazards model generalizes the Cox model by incorporating a random effect. In the case of two samples, it is chiefly determined by a triple consisting of a number representing the treatment effect, the integrated base-line hazard, and the distribution of the unobserved random effect. If the latter has expectation 1, then this triple is known to be identifiable, and the treatment effect is known to have a consistent estimator. We prove that estimators, however, cannot be uniformly square root n consistent, neither in a local nor in a global sense.SR4650320519981998Was verlangt kulturelle Gerechtigkeit? ethnozentrischen Nationalismus, abstrakten Kosmopolitismus oder legitimen Patriotismus?uva/uba/fmg/aissrMünsterWestfälisches Dampfboot3896914413Angeworben - eingewandert - abgeschoben: ein anderer Blick auf die Einwanderungsgesellschaft Bundesrepublik Deutschland1200251000114;1;01;25002100;25011200;;01;01;01-10-1976Dominik;;K.;4660320519971997The arts of forecasting and policy making20153172uva/uba/fmg/aissrBasingstokeMacmillan0333712439Citizenship and exclusion1199341000114;1;01;25002100;25011200;;01;01;01-10-1976Bader;;V.M. prof. dr.;4670320519931993Viel Geltung und immer weniger Faktizität: Zur Kritik von Jürgen Habermas' diskurstheoretischer Rechts- und Demokratietheorie295078uva/uba/fmg/aissrHamburgVSA-Verlag3879756449Produktion - Klassentheorie: Festschrift für Sebastian Herkommer1199171000114;1;01;25002100;25011200;;01;01;01-10-1976Ganssmann;;H.;Krüger;;S.;4680120519801980Drug attitudes and discrimination between drugs among a group of English schoolchildren29774755762uva/uba/fmg/psychOriginally published by Elsevier http://authors.elsevier.com/JournalDetail.html?PubID=506052&Precis=DESC127122Eiser;;J.R.;;Gossop;;M.;;1002239;1;01;94003500;;;01;01;01-12-19864690120519791979Categorization, attitudes and memory for the source of attitude statements0017319243251uva/uba/fmg/psych127123Eiser;;J.R.;;1002239;1;01;94003500;;;01;01;01-12-1986Gossop;;M.;;4700120520012001Winds of change: corporate strategy, climate change and oil multinationals262500195501509uva/uba/feb/abs8891001535;2;02;93001020;;;04;01;01-03-1992Levy;;D.L.;;Behind pessimistic expectations regarding the future of an international climate treaty, substantial changes can be observed in company positions. Multinationals in the oil and car industries are increasingly moving toward support for the Kyoto Protocol, and take measures to address climate change. This article analyses developments in the oil industry over the past few years, observing considerable shifts in corporate climate strategies. It compares British Petroleum, Royal Dutch Shell, Texaco and ExxonMobil, of which currently only the latter strongly opposes a climate treaty. BP and Shell have moved decisively toward supporting emission reductions and investing in renewable energy, while Texaco has begun to move in a similar direction. Divergent behaviour can be explained in terms of company-specific factors, particularly corporate histories of profitability and location, market assessments, degrees of centralisation and the presence of climate scientists. Ongoing stakeholder pressures, which focus on ?first-mover? BP, are evaluated.UR4710120519911991Search for lepton flavor violation in Z0 decays116766271453460uva/uba/fnwi/ihef136475Adeva;;B.;;Adriani;;O.;;Aguilar-Benitez;;M.;;Ahlen;;S.P.;;Akbari;;H.;;Alcaraz;;J.;;Aloisio;;A.;;Alverson;;G.;;1001767;1;01;23961800;;;01;01;01-06-19934720120519911991Search for leptoquarks in Z0 decays116766261169176uva/uba/fnwi/ihef136486Adeva;;B.;;Adriani;;O.;;Aguilar-Benitez;;M.;;Ahlen;;S.P.;;Akbari;;H.;;Alcaraz;;J.;;Aloisio;;A.;;Alverson;;G.;;1001767;1;01;23961800;;;01;01;01-06-19934731120520002000Makkabäerbücher.4702 (vol.
